Standard Tracked UK Delivery

Delivery for mainland UK starts from £3.99 or FREE over £50 purchase.

All orders are dispatched up to 5-7 working days after being placed. Sent with Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. Please note orders are not dispatched on weekends or bank holidays..

We unfortunately cannot offer specific delivery timeslots, but you’ll receive tracking details once your parcel is on its way.


International Delivery

At the moment, we deliver only within mainland UK.

We hope to offer international shipping in the future as we grow — thank you for your patience.

Split Shipments

To ensure your items arrive as soon as possible, we may occasionally send your order in multiple packages. Larger or fragile pieces may be shipped separately.

Issues with Orders

Incorrect Delivery Address

If you notice you’ve made a mistake in your delivery details, please contact us immediately at hello@breloraflowers.com

We’ll do our best to amend your order before dispatch. However, once an order has been shipped, we’re unable to make changes or take responsibility for parcels sent to an incorrect address.

Please double-check that your name, address, and postcode are accurate before confirming your order. 

Orders Not Accepted

Some destinations - such as hospitals, certain secure buildings, may not accept deliveries.  

Before placing your order, please ensure that the delivery address can receive flowers or parcels and that all details (including recipient name, address, and postcode) are accurate.

We do not accept any responsibility for failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect information, or by delivery restrictions at the destination. Refunds or redeliveries cannot be offered in these cases.

Unforeseen Delays

Sometimes deliveries can be affected by circumstances beyond our control — such as severe weather, postal delays, or transport issues. We’ll always do our best to keep you informed, but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by these external factors.
